Having grown up on his family’s ranch in Tijuana, Mexico, Mr. Ivan Flores has built his family legacy as a proud descendant of those deep traditional roots. His humble beginnings in San Ysidro, CA gave him the drive and passion to pursue restaurant entrepreneurship. Even as a child, he was always working on new business ventures and in 2013 he opened his first restaurant. Since then, his desire to succeed has driven his companies to where they are today.
